MATHILDE, NICE TO MEET YOU !
Because everyone has a story to tell — here is mine.

Based in Provence, on the magnificent Mediterranean coast, between olive trees and vineyards, Your Eco Story was born to create weddings that are both elegant and responsible.
Since 2019, I have been travelling around the South of France to organize much more than events, but tailor-made, unique experiences that reflect your story and your values.
Beyond aesthetics, it's a relationship of trust that is built. I am fully involved in each wedding, ensuring that every detail is carefully considered and that your day flows smoothly, sincerely, and is memorable.
Honest and straightforward, I'm not trying to sell you a dream. My role is to support you with transparency and professionalism, connecting you with the best service providers and assembling a cohesive, enthusiastic, and committed team dedicated to giving their best for YOUR day.

Understanding your story and your desires : we break down the project, creating a unique vision for you, and develop technical documents for efficient and seamless implementation and monitoring. We offer our expertise and support every step of the way.

Create a team : research, selection, and proposals of quality venues and service providers, tailored to your needs and budget. We review signed contracts and payments, and participate in in-person or virtual meetings (especially tastings! Haha)

Creating a visual identity : we create a mood board for the wedding design, from stationery and furniture to flowers and decorative elements. We offer original, unconventional ideas, fun elements, and playful touches to ensure your wedding is unlike any other.

Bringing together the whole team, including you : We organize a technical visit on site, we check the locations, we create layout plans, we manage the needs of the service providers, we submit your dream schedule to the team, and we co-create the ultra-detailed schedule for the big day.

Coordinating the key players on the big day : We meet in the morning for your preparations, we get a feel for things together. Then we welcome the service providers, the guests, we act as conductor (but no singing, it's not a primary skill around here), we set up your decorations, we manage surprises and speeches (only those you want, of course, no PowerPoint if it gives you allergies!), we support you, make sure you eat and drink as you please, we are there to handle any unforeseen events, right up until dessert is finished.

Possible extensions : Organization (and coordination if desired as an option) of your welcome dinner and/or your brunch the following day.
